Perfimur non-flashing cover |
Description |
The PERFIMUR sandwich panel for non-flashing cover is formed by a double outlined metallic sidewall, inside which a core of polyurethane foam works as a thermal insulating. This provides it with a great solidity thanks to the excellent polyurethane adherence to metallic parameters, due to the special treatment that steel sheet received and the quality of the raw materials used in manufacturing. |

This panel is fixed by flapping two adjacent panels in their crest. Through a corrugated washer of EPDM especially designed for such purposes, full water-resistance is guaranteed from the fastening made with self-tapping screws whose head do not cover any flashing and where a plastic cover of the same colour can be placed. A 0.6 mm polyester sheet can be placed in the inner layer for sheets that will be used in aggressive environments such as farms or that require antibacterial protection. |

Steel |
PERFIMUR uses high-quality pre-lacquered steels. Steel galvanised sheet Z225 by zinc immersion (Sendzimir process) S/N EN 1 0142 and DX51D quality of 0.5 mm thickness and pre-lacquering covering depending on needs (polyester, Plastisol, PVDF, etc.). It is also possible to manufacture using other sheet thickness following a previous study. |
Application |
Minimum roof pitch of 5% for covers without flap. Minimum 7% for covers with flap. |
